Event Crèches
You can relax and enjoy your occasion in the knowledge that your children are safe and having fun.
They will be entrusted to the professional care of highly experienced Nursery Nurses and qualified Nannies.
All of the staff at Caring Hands Agency have passed background and qualification checks and are personally profiled by Julie, a very experienced and qualified nanny herself. All the crèche team have worked regularly with Julie in the crèches over the last 19 years – some since 2001.
Weddings & Corporate Events
Having provided Wirral Wedding & Event Mobile Crèches over the last 19 years at events and weddings in Wirral, Liverpool, North Wales, Cheshire and Lancashire, you can have peace of mind that you have made the right choice with Caring Hands Agency.
We can set up a Mobile Crèche at almost any venue. For corporate clients we can provide a Mobile Crèche throughout the UK.
We cater for children from 0 to 8 years old but special arrangements can be made for older children if required.
We tailor make each Crèche to your requirements, fitting in with your arrangements.
Caring Hands are Safe Hands
Of course the children will have a fun day but our number one concern is safety and security. All staff are fully uniformed and wear ID badges and a secure registration system will be in operation. Each child gets their own name badge.
Every Crèche can be registered with OFSTED where required. The Crèche will be fully insured. At least one member of staff will be a qualified first aider and each Crèche has a fully stocked First Aid kit.
We will provide the children with drinks and snacks as part of the Crèche but ask you to provide meals, baby feeds and nappies.
Activities
Babies
We will provide excellent care and facilities for babies. Stimulating toys and games and a separate designated area will be used. We will supply change mats, disposable nappy bags, baby wipes, disposable gloves and aprons.
Children
We supply the following:
- Arts & Crafts (sticking, colouring…)
- Physical Play (slides, bikes, ride-on toys…)
- Table Top Play (Jigsaws, play dough, games…)
- Music (musical instruments, CDs)
- Imaginative play (dressing up, cars, dolls…)

- Ball Pond (for under 5’s)
- Playstation & Wii console (for older children)
- Entertainment Shows (at extra cost)

We booked the creche for the children at my daughter’s wedding.
I was a bit sceptical the kids would stay at the creche.
